Small providers like Rubello Wifi4all or, if you buy these filters, then the policy of spending too much "fully open" is not a concession but a necessity. This means that if a crisis were to go to high traffic, can not play this card and we would be in the hunt.
Air, being a licensee of WiMax, has a financial capital for very high strength, and give the 7M for 19 € a month (we Rubello there for the 2-digit) must limit the bandwidth to avoid ending up with a service Poor after "a few" active users.
